Service providers and disclosure
Information may be processed by Stripe and Link as payment and Merchant of Record providers, and by Cloudflare as the website hosting, delivery, analytics, and security provider. Information may also be disclosed to professional advisers, regulators, law enforcement, card networks, issuing banks, or other parties when reasonably necessary to comply with law, enforce terms, investigate fraud, or resolve a transaction dispute. Bedrock does not sell personal information for money.
Retention
Purchase, fulfillment, support, and dispute records are retained for as long as reasonably necessary to deliver the product, support customers, prevent abuse, meet tax and accounting obligations, establish or defend legal claims, and comply with applicable law. Records are deleted or de-identified when they are no longer reasonably needed, subject to legal and operational backup requirements.
Cookies and similar technologies
The website and checkout providers may use cookies or similar technologies that are necessary for security, payment processing, session continuity, fraud prevention, performance measurement, and customer preferences. Stripe and Link apply their own privacy notices to information they process through checkout.
Security and international processing
Bedrock uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Service providers may process information in countries other than the customer's own, subject to their safeguards and applicable law.
Your choices and rights
Depending on location, a person may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection concerning personal information. These rights may be limited where information must be retained for transactions, fraud prevention, legal claims, or other lawful purposes.
