Purchase terms

Terms, License & Refund Policy

Effective August 22, 2026

These terms govern purchases and use of downloadable products sold by Bedrock Fleet Solutions. By completing a purchase, requesting immediate delivery, downloading, opening, copying, or using the files, the purchaser accepts these terms.

1. Product and system requirements

The Bedrock Fleet Operations & Margin Suite is a downloadable Microsoft Office toolkit for one business managing up to 30 power units in the workbook. A supported desktop version of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word is required. Google Docs and Google Sheets versions are not included. Bedrock is not a TMS, ELD, accounting platform, dispatch marketplace, or concurrent multi-user database.

2. Immediate digital delivery

The customer expressly requests delivery of the digital product immediately after successful payment. Where applicable law provides a withdrawal or cancellation period for digital content, the customer acknowledges that beginning the download, access, or delivery may cause that right to end where the law permits.

3. Refund and digital-product policy

Except where applicable law or the Merchant of Record requires otherwise, digital purchases are final once the product has been delivered, downloaded, accessed, or activated because the files cannot be physically returned.

Refunds are not provided solely because a customer:

Verified duplicate or incorrect charges will be corrected. Missing, corrupt, or inaccessible purchased files will be replaced. If a verified material defect prevents the product from functioning substantially as described on a supported system, the customer must first provide Bedrock a reasonable opportunity to diagnose and remedy the issue. If no reasonable remedy can be provided, a refund may be authorized. A support request does not automatically qualify a purchase for a refund.

4. Internal-use license

The purchaser receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use and modify the package for the internal operations of one purchasing business managing no more than 30 power units in the workbook. Reasonable working and backup copies are permitted for that business. Employees and individual contractors may use controlled copies solely for that business. Use by another business or beyond the 30-unit limit requires a separate written license.

5. Prohibited use

The purchaser owns its own data and completed operating records. Bedrock Fleet Solutions retains its rights in the package's original structure, text, formulas, design, and documentation.

6. Business-tool limitations

The package is a decision-support, workflow, and recordkeeping aid. It is not legal, accounting, tax, investment, employment, insurance, safety, regulatory, or compliance advice and does not certify compliance or guarantee profit, payment, detention recovery, or any business result. The purchaser is responsible for verified inputs, source records, backups, testing outputs against independent records, and obtaining qualified advice.

7. Warranties and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the package is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or compatibility with every device, software version, process, or jurisdiction. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

To the extent permitted by law, Bedrock Fleet Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profit, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, fines, penalties, denied payments, or operational losses. Where a monetary cap is permitted, aggregate liability will not exceed the amount paid for the affected product.

8. Delivery records, disputes, and abuse

If a charge appears incorrect, unauthorized, duplicated, or connected to a product not received, contact Bedrock before opening a payment dispute so the issue can be investigated. When a delivered transaction is disputed, Bedrock and its payment providers may supply transaction, delivery, access, support, and other relevant records to the processor, card network, or issuing bank. A reversal or chargeback may terminate the associated license and access where permitted by law.

Bedrock may deny future purchases or restrict access where there is reasonable evidence of payment fraud, refund abuse, license abuse, unauthorized distribution, or repeated abusive disputes, subject to applicable law.

9. Merchant of Record and mandatory rights

Checkout is provided through Stripe Managed Payments, with Link acting as Merchant of Record. Purchases are also subject to Link's transaction terms, refund procedures, fraud controls, and dispute processes. A refund or reversal that Link is legally or contractually authorized to issue may supersede Bedrock's discretionary policy. Nothing in these terms excludes a cancellation, warranty, refund, or other consumer right that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

10. Support

For billing, delivery, or technical assistance, email mark.bedrockfleetsolutions@outlook.com with the purchaser name, checkout email, order number if available, product name, and a clear description of the issue.

By completing checkout, the customer confirms that they had an opportunity to review the product description, system requirements, price, these terms, and the Privacy Policy before purchasing.
